There is no short stay surcharge.
We offer "non-refundable" rates, which are reduced in price but can no longer be changed or cancelled. A refund is not provided. For all other rates, the following cancellation conditions apply for individual bookings, unless otherwise agreed. Free cancellation up to 1 day (12:00 h) before arrival, thereafter 100% of the total amount. In case of no-show or late arrival 100% of the total amount.
